These "Terms & Conditions" Commvault Cyber Resilience Quest Partner Edition provides the provisions under which authorised, eligible and validly registered participants, being companies, ("Participants"), participate in the Challenge. The Challenge is run by Commvault Systems Limited ("Commvault") whose registered office is Building 1330 Arlington Business Park, Second Floor Reading Berkshire England RG7 4SA, registered number 4064244. The Incentive is offered in EMEA and begins on 00:01 on the 15th of December 2025 and will run until 23:59 on the 31st of March 2026 (the "Incentive Period").
The Commvault Cyber Resilience Quest Partner Edition is a point-based competition organized by Commvault (EMEAI) to drive Partner Enablement, encourage Partner Engagement and Generate Incremental Pipeline.
Participants will be earning points based on several actions:
The Partner Incentive program will run from December 15, 2025, until March 31, 2026
Key Milestones:
The Partner Incentive platform is open to all Sellers, Sales engineers, Marketers of Commvault contracted Elite and Premier Partners from EMEA regions
There is no limitation of the number of participants per Company.
Participants will have to register on the Commvault Cyber Resilience Quest Portal with their company email address. They register as individuals with the consent of their employer (Commvault contracted Partner).
Before registering Participants will have to accept the Terms and Conditions of the campaign.
How to enter: Participants are required to register and accept the Terms & Conditions and obtain approval from their employer to participate and receive prizes.
Participant Responsibilities: Participant shall be liable and responsible for all acts and/or omissions in relation to the Incentive. Participant must promptly provide all such information, cooperation, and assistance as Commvault may require from time to time in relation to the operation and implementation of the Challenge. Participant is responsible for keeping their passwords and other account information confidential. Participants assume all liability for accepting prizes and ensuring they are eligible and with hold Commvault harmless from any and all potential penalties that result from their acceptance of any prize.
The Cyber Resilience Quest incentive is composed of 6 platforms in which participants can win points for achieving a number of activities described below.
One of the objectives of this incentive is to enable our Partners' sellers on our Commvault Cloud technology and Cyber Resilience messaging. The Education Platform is composed of 4 Zones:
Each zone is composed of 3 to 4 enablement modules. Each module is a piece of enablement content that the participants can view, read and digest. A quiz is integrated in each module to validate the participant knowledge. Once the participant completes a module it will unlock the next one.
The Education incentive will run for 14 weeks: every week 1 piece of content will be made available for the participant to view and validate.
Points:
In addition to the Cyber Resilience enablement journey, the Participants will be able to earn additional point if they have passed their Commvault Sales Certification:
Participants will have to select the name of the Certification in the dropdown menu of the Incentive portal to apply for the points.
The points will be credited only once the Commvault team have verified that the certification has been passed by the Participant. This can take up to 7 days before the Bonus points are credited.
Points:
200 points for the Sales Certification passed on the Commvault Partner Portal during the period of the Incentive or prior to the incentive period.
Participants can earn a maximum of 600 points for this action.
Deal Registration Incentive
Participants can earn points for each Deal Registration submitted in the Commvault Partner Portal during the period of the incentive and approved by the Commvault team.
Participants will have to enter the reference of the Deal Registration in the Cyber Resilience Quest Portal to request their points.
The points will be credited only once the Commvault Team have verified that the deal has been registered and approved. This can take up to 7 working days before the points are credited.
There is no limitation on the number of Deal Registrations that can be entered in the Portal.

Joint Customer Meetings
Participants can earn points by entering in the platform any joint customer meeting they will organize together with a Commvault Account Executive.
The points will be credited once the meeting has happened. The meeting need to be within the period of the incentive to be eligible.
Participant will be asked to enter the name of the Customer, the Company, the date of the meeting and the name of the Commvault Account Executive attending the meeting.
Points:
300 points for a joint customer meeting with a AE.
Participants can earn points by sharing social cards related to Commvault from their LinkedIn account during the period of the Incentive.
Participants will have to connect their LinkedIn account. Once done they will have access to a number of Social posts (related to the Incentive or to Commvault) that they can share from their social account.
A maximum of 2 posts per week can be shared.
The points will be credited only once Miramar have verified that the post is live. This can take up to 7 days before the points are credited.

Participants can earn a maximum 800 bonus points for this action.
Participants can earn points by executing Marketing activities and by attending one of our SHIFT events
For Marketing activities, participants will have to select the type of activity they have executed and add the number of leads they have generated. The Leads will have to be shared by email with their Commvault Business Manager or their Field Marketing Contact in order to get the activity validated and the points credited.
In addition, Participant can earn point by attending one of our Commvault SHIFT Events.
200 points for attending SHIFT (virtual/in-person/on-demand)
Referrals
Participants will be invited to refer sales colleagues from their company and will earn points for every registration confirmed from their referrals.
Points: 50 points credited by referrals' registration (up to a maximum of 200 points (equivalent to 4 referrals)

Participants will be able to follow their score on the Commvault Cyber Resilience Quest Portal during the incentive period. They will be rewarded at 2 levels:
Each participant can earn points based on the above rules. They will be rewarded with Commvault Merchandising items by achieving the below threshold.
A maximum of 50 Prizes of the value of 5000 points will be available for the winners. Allocation will be made on first achievement.
These prizes are cumulative. They will be delivered to the winning participants at once at the end of the Incentive period, when results will be communicated. Prizes are not guaranteed and are only while supplies last. Prizes will be awarded on a first come first serve basis while supplies last.
Prizes remain the sole property of the Participant and cannot be transferred (in whole or in part) to any other Participant. Prizes may not be bartered or sold or combined or exchanged with any other promotion. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Commvault reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable.
Each active participant will credit points for their company and will be able to track their company performance on the leaderboard.
A participant is considered as Active once is individual score is higher than 300 points.
The Company Score will be calculated on the average individual:
Company Score = Sum of Individuals points / # Individuals
The TOP 5 Company with the highest scores will win 4 places for a 3 days/3nights trip with Commvault to see the Northern Lights
The trip will be organized in the Fall 2026 (end November/beginning on December) in North Europe (either Iceland or Norway TBC)
The places will be attributed to the Winning Partners at the Company level. It's the company decision to nominate the participants to the trip.
The Final Results will be communicated by April 15th to allow enough time to validate the bonus points of activity executed on the last day of the incentive period (March 31st)
In the case of a draw, we will prioritize based on the following criteria:
Claiming Prize: Winners shall be notified by 15th of April 2025 and the prizes will be shipped within 45 days. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use Participant's employer's name and logo, for Commvault's promotional and advertising purposes.
Conditions: Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted. Participants agree to release and hold Commvault harmless from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, settlements, or judgments arising out of or relating to their participation in this Challenge. Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment and Internet access.
Taxes: The value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winning participant is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes or expenses associated with any prize. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.
Conduct and Decisions: By participating in the Challenge, Participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Commvault personnel. Participants who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Challenge, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior is prohibited. Commvault will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Incentive, and Commvault's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes that may arise in connection with this Incentive, without respect to the conflicts of law principles. Participants are solely responsible for compliance with any and all applicable policies or laws, including sanctions, and release Commvault from any and all liability related thereto.
Proprietary Rights to Content: The design and content of the Challenge and any related materials, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or patents and owned by or licensed to Commvault. All information provided to Commvault by any Participant as a result of this Challenge will be subject to Commvault's Privacy Policy.
Modification & Termination: Commvault reserves the right to audit, terminate, suspend, amend, modify, revoke, or cancel the Challenge, in whole or in part, for any reason and at any time without prior notice. Commvault reserves the right to suspend or exclude a Participant from the Challenge in its sole and discretion.
